How to manually log a workout

iOS only: You can manually log a track in Footpath, in case you don’t like to work out with a phone or if you forgot to record a GPS track.

  1. Tap the menu button in the upper left
  2. Select the Tracks tab at the bottom
  3. Select “Manually Log Track”
  4. Select a route to use for the workout
  5. Select a start timestamp
  6. Use the graph to set a custom duration, or drag your finger along the start time and duration fields to fine tune them
  7. Select whether you’d like to save the workout to Apple Health
  8. Save the workout and it will appear under the Tracks tab
