Logging a workout manually
How to manually log a workout
You can manually log a track in Footpath, in case you don’t like to work out with a phone or if you forgot to record a GPS track.
- Tap the menu button in the upper left
- Select the Tracks tab at the bottom
- Select “Manually Log Track”
- Select a route to use for the workout
- Select a start timestamp
- Use the graph to set a custom duration, or drag your finger along the start time and duration fields to fine tune them
- Select whether you’d like to save the workout to Apple Health
- Save the workout and it will appear under the Tracks tab
