How to manually log a workout

iOS only: If you like working out without your phone, or if you forget to record a GPS track, you can manually log a track in Footpath.

To manually log a track:

  1. Tap the menu button in the upper left
  2. Select the Tracks tab at the bottom
  3. Select “Manually Log Track”
  4. Select a route to use for the workout
  5. Select a start timestamp
  6. Use the graph to set a custom duration, or drag your finger along the start time and duration fields to fine tune them
  7. Select whether you’d like to save the workout to Apple Health
  8. Save the workout and it will appear under the Tracks tab
